Bio
Starting in High Street and Shopping Centre Agency, acting for both occupiers and landlords, an early secondment at Legal & General Investment Management advanced his transactional and asset management experience within an Institutional setting. He has acted for the majority of UK Institutional landlords, as well as developers and private investors and a variety of retailers and restaurant occupiers.
With a solid base in occupational Agency, Craig then gained some experience in Investment agency and, more latterly, has enjoyed an increasing focus in Lease consultancy (or ‘Landlord and Tenant’) matters and dispute resolution.
Before joining Fawcett Mead in 2016, Craig spent nearly 10 years at King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle (which merged in 2011). He is a member of the RICS.
