As First Vice President in CBRE’s Industrial Advisory and Transaction Group, Courtney specializes in the management of national and global mid-cap corporate real estate portfolios. Expertise includes implementing a multi-market real estate strategy, supply chain network analysis, acquisition and disposition management, and network roll-outs. She is a strategic advisor for world-renowned corporate brands such as Delta Air Lines, Big Ass Fans and U-Haul and has completed assignments across multiple markets throughout the globe.
Courtney has focused her career on managing complex corporate real estate portfolios and transactions. She utilizes her strategic thinking and analytical leadership skills to develop and implement cost saving processes across real estate portfolios. Her unique corporate experience at NASCAR and International Speedway Corporation facilitated her development of her excellent marketing, problem solving, and client account management skills.
Courtney began her commercial real estate career in 2011 at a boutique firm in Peachtree City, GA. She quickly became a market leader and was sought out by Cushman and Wakefield in Atlanta before joining CBRE in 2022. Through her team at CBRE, Courtney can provide incentives consulting, supply chain network optimization, site selection, tenant rep advisory, listing advisory, and project management expertise.
Courtney resides in Peachtree City, GA with her husband, Mark and two children.
