Court focuses on strategic initiatives with an emphasis on new business opportunities, industry relationships and the firm’s activities in the Carolinas. He is a member of APG’s Partner’s Committee.
Prior to forming APG, he spent five years with Lowe Enterprises, Inc., acquiring office and industrial properties on behalf of pension fund clients. Prior to Lowe, he worked with GE Capital and The Brookdale Group. In total, Court has helped to execute more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions over the course of his career.
Court earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University and is a graduate of The Westminster Schools in Atlanta. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Steers Center for Global Real Estate at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, as a member of the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta Annual Fund Committee and as the Vice Chairman of the HUB404 Conservancy. Professional affiliations include NAIOP, where he chairs the Entrepreneurial Investment and Development Forum, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Court is a native of Atlanta and currently lives in Buckhead with his wife, Kristin, and their three sons.
