Mr. Ramey joined the Darwin brokerage team in 2000. Since then, Mr. Ramey has proven himself to be a rising sales associate who approaches each transaction with enthusiasm and dedication. His real estate services include owner representation, tenant representation, build-to-suits, sale-leaseback transactions, and investment acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Ramey’s achievements include being named Darwin’s Broker of the Month in February 2005. In addition, Duke Realty Corporation presented him with their Industrial Acquisition of the Year Award in 2003 for representing them in the acquisition of a 151,000 square foot investment in Naperville, Illinois.
