Corinne has over 15 years experience in the Yorkshire property market, with a background in Valuation, Lease Advisory, Corporate Recovery / Fixed Charge Receiverships and Capital Markets. The breadth of experience enables a balanced and holistic approach to property, from a granular tenant engineering and building maintenance level to wider asset performance. Corinne provides bespoke property solutions and strategic ‘value add’ advice for both landlords and occupiers using cash flow modelling to assist decision making processes.
Corinne’s Capital Market experience includes acting on behalf of institutional funds, property companies and private clients as part of the Yorkshire Capital Markets team, transacting on property disposals and acquisitions in all sectors of commercial property, with an emphasis on office and industrial sectors.
