Copernicus Guerra is a 1994 USAF Academy graduate and has proudly served in the Air Force on both active duty and as a reservist. In 2008/09 he served a 10-month active-duty tour with the Army all over Iraq, and was nominated for a Bronze Star. He retired in 2016 after serving in the military for the past 25 years. In 2001 he earned his Texas Real Estate License, and eventually became a broker in 2005. His areas of specialty are residential, property management, apartment locating, and commercial services. He owns both Copernicus Realty, LLC and Northwest Real Estate & Property Management, LLC. His companies are accredited business with the BBB and maintain both an “A+” and “A” rating, respectively. His wife, Sandra Guerra is the licensed officer manager. Since 2001, they have successfully served hundreds of clients with all of their real estate needs. They are also proud parents of three teenage sons: Nevin, Tallyn, and Jaden.
