Conrad Sarreal specializes in the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of retail investment properties across the entire United States. Having started his career with an initial focus on the auto parts industry, Matthews™ has quickly claimed the largest national market share for auto parts transactions: specifically, AutoZone, Advanced Auto Parts, and O’Reilly Auto Parts retailers. He has since grown his business by focusing on all types of retail in the investment sales and leasing sides of the industry.
