Bio
Conrad Gorman was born and raised in the Madison area, specifically Fitchburg. He attended Edgewood High School before pursuing higher education at the University of Colorado at Boulder. After college, he lived in the San Diego area before returning to Madison to start a family. Conrad has a passion for sports and outdoor activities. While he used to frequently play basketball, football, surf, and snowboard, he now enjoys spending time on the Madison lakes and raising his four young children, labradoodle, and chickens.
Conrad leverages his extensive knowledge and experience in sales and construction to assist his clients with their transactions. He holds real estate broker licenses in both Wisconsin and Illinois, as well as a general contractor's license. His interest in real estate was sparked by his own experience of buying, remodeling, and selling his first home. Conrad works with a variety of properties, including residential, multifamily, commercial, industrial, and development project
