Connor joins CBRE Affordable Housing as an associate, bringing with him three years of advisory experience in the affordable housing space. Prior to joining CBRE, Connor specialized in the valuation and disposition of Section 42 and Section 8 assets in the South/Southeast where he managed the disposition of more than $100 million in real estate value.
With a strong understanding of the nuances associated with federal and state regulatory agencies, Connor ensures each asset is thoroughly vetted and positioned to maximize value.
