Connie joined the Sherman & Hemstreet Real Estate Company in 2012, with over a decade of experience in commercial, industrial and investment sales and leasing. She manages a team of over 50 employees across five states. In doing so, she is responsible for over 30 million dollars of financial transactions each year, for over 7,000 rental units totaling approximately 12,000,000 square feet of rental space. Connie became a partner in 2014. Since Connie became the firm's leader, there has been exponential growth, and gross sales have more than doubled.
In 2010 Connie earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate . Connie is also one of only four Certified Property Managers (CPM designation), in the CSRA. In addition, she holds several of the highest designations professionals in the property management industry can obtain, including the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM).
She actively engages in both industrial and retail brokerage transactions in the greater Augusta area. Her commitment to the community is evident by her constant efforts to recruit employers and retailers to call the greater Augusta area their home.
Connie is an alumni of Leadership Columbia County 2018 and supports the community through charitable and civic endeavors both as an individual and her leadership role within Sherman & Hemstreet. Connie is married with two daughters and resides in Martinez, Georgia.
