In 2011, while going through the home buying process, Colt first discovered his love for real estate. He spent months and months searching for the perfect home. He wouldn’t settle for less and feels like no else should either. He has the first hand knowledge of what the whole process entails. After purchasing his first home in Jefferson Park, Colt redesigned his kitchen and bathrooms to modernize the space while maintaining original craftsman elements. Since then he has worked on several remodels for his clients, refreshing old floor plans and finishes. Colt’s sociability, independent spirit, and incredible customer service set him apart as a top agent in the Los Angeles real estate market. He works with a range of clients –from investors and local residents. Since 2016, Colt has sold over $130,000,000 of Residential Real Estate and continues to increase his sales volume year-after-year. Colt has recently purchased a new home in the City of Orange and is starting to focus on expanding his business further in Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties while continuing to strive in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
