Colleen's love for Real Estate began in 1992. After traveling around the U.S., buying homes in multiple states, during an 8-year stint in Corporate America, Colleen realized her love for Real Estate. Colleen obtained her Real Estate license in 1998. She soon realized this was the best occupation ever. After years of traditional Real Estate, Colleen went into Land Acquisition and Development. From there she co-founded a brokerage in 2005 and at one time had over twenty-five agents in Northern California with multiple offices. In 2007 Colleen obtained her Broker license in order to own the brokerage wholly. Colleen then co-founded West Coast Home Auctions in 2006 and managed that until it was purchased by REDC, which is now Auction.com. Upon the acquisition, Colleen worked as Vice President of Business Development for nearly 3 years. Colleen attended auctions every weekend throughout the country to assist in selling her client's properties. While working with Auction.com Colleen continued to maintain her brokerage in Elk Grove and also built a property management company. She sold that in 2013. Not until 2014 did Colleen realize that focusing on family and building a family Real Estate firm was a priority. Colleen now works with her son Hunter full time, teaching him the amazing trade.
