Colleen has extensive experience in Real Estate leasing and development from the initial negotiation, land use planning, and contract management services, to overseeing construction of commercial and industrial projects. Throughout the process, from preleasing to final move-in, Colleen interfaces with Landlords and tenants alike to maximize occupancy and tenant retention. Colleen has been working in the commercial real estate industry, providing tenant representation, lease and contract negotiations for over 25 years. Colleen was the Lead Negotiator for the Federal Government’s Land Transactions in Orange County, CA under Military Base Closure with assets in the billions of dollars.
Colleen represents major shopping centers in regard to anchors, sub-majors, pads and in-line space.
