Colleen grew up as the daughter of a property investor and Realtor®. At a young age, she assisted her father with his hundreds of rental units and learned the investment and residential property business from the ground up. At the age of 18, she obtained her real estate license and from there she began helping residential buyers find the perfect home and investors build their cash-flowing rental portfolios.
