An active NAR leader, Colleen was NAR’s Vice President for Region 13 in 2016. She has served on NAR’s Board of Directors since 1995. She has chaired several committees, including the Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee, the Business Issues Committee, and the Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee. She is an RPAC Hall of Fame member.
The California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) elected Colleen President in 2007. CAR named her REALTOR® of the Year in 2007. The Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® elected Colleen as President in 1992. She has served on the Board of Directors since 1995.
The San Jose Business Journal named Colleen the Legislative Woman of Distinction in 2007. Colleen is married to Dennis Badagliacco, CCIM. Together, they have two grown children, both of whom are REALTORS®, and five grandchildren. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys gardening and travel.
