His background experience now stems from more than 8 years of high level sales and marketing through business-to-business relationships. Mr. Matthews focuses on the leasing, disposition, acquisition and investment of industrial real estate. Mr. Matthews, along with two of CBRE's senior members have a formed a working partnership to further develop the GTA-West industrial market. The combined team accomplishment is more than 700 lease and sale assignments totaling over 10 million square feet, and has allowed the team to secure such large corporate clients as DHL Worldwide Express, Caterpillar, Maytag, Progistix-Solutions, General Motors and many other major clients they represent.
Mr. Matthews and his team have worked diligently to provide the highest level of service possible for all of their represented clients, regardless of the size or impact of the opportunity presented.
