Coleen provides Sales and Leasing Services within all sectors; Office, Retail, Industrial, Land, Property Management. They are #2 Commercial Team in Florida and #8 in the Us, they were the #1 Commercial Team in Florida, Executive Club, Team Chairman Club. She achieved the ACP designation and working on the CCIM designation.
Coleen grew up in Somers Point NJ and moved to Fort Myers FL in 1991. She brings a deep knowledge of Lee, Collier and Charlotte County areas along with her passion in Sales and Finance, previously working in Commercial Banking, Part Owner and Sales at AdMark Marketing Data Company.
She owns real estate investment properties in our area, practicing what she lives for.
