Cole joined CBRE on the Brokerage Services Team in 2019. In 2021, Cole assisted in leasing more than $40 million in transactions. This helped Cole achieve a Midwest Top 10 Award for CRE brokers with under 3 years’ experience. Cole specializes in Landlord Representation for many of Omaha’s most successful development companies while also focusing efforts on Land Acquisition for developers alike. In the last 24 months, Cole has brokered more than $100 million in leasing transactions.
Cole has a long line of CBRE History as his father and grandfather have been brokers at CBRE since Scott Realty joined forces with CBRE|MEGA in 1990. Becoming a broker at CBRE had been a dream of Cole’s since his youth.
