Cole has brokered transactions ranging from assisting small businesses to facilitating large corporations with their real estate needs. His Clients and Customers benefit from his experience along with his wide variety of connections throughout Waukesha County. Blending his strengths and being able to pull from his connections, Cole has been able to form continuous plans of action to best suit his Client's and Customer's immediate and future needs. Cole's experience includes site selection, sale/lease marketing and investment sales. One of the biggest things Cole takes pride in is his aggressiveness to find new opportunities in the market. He understands that effective negotiations and cold calling take persistence, strategy and immense listening skills.
