Cole Rothwell is a Vice President in the Office Development Group of Crow Holdings Development, where he is responsible for office development activities and sourcing new projects.
Cole joined Crow Holdings in 2011 as an analyst with Crow Holdings Capital and has since held various positions with the company. Prior to joining the office team of Crow Holdings in March 2021, Cole was responsible for the overall management of a real estate portfolio with 15+ assets and value of $2.4 billion. During his tenure, Cole was responsible for the development and leasing of a 150,000-square-foot expansion of Dallas’ Old Parkland Campus, collaborating with its owner on all aspects of the design, layout, and programming of the development and representing him in over 70 direct lease negotiations. From December 2015 to December 2018, Cole was also part of a two-person team responsible for all entity- and asset-level financing for Crow Holdings Capital-sponsored funds and the Crow Family real estate portfolio.
Cole graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
