Cole started his career at Leibsohn & Company in the Fall of 2014, after completing his degree in Business Administration at the University of Washington. His primary focus is Landlord and Tenant Representation for Office Building Leasing and Sales throughout the Eastside market.
Since joining the office division at Leibsohn & Company, Cole has been able to generate numerous leasing and sales transactions through networking, prospecting, and the utilization of all the marketing resources available at Leibsohn & Company.
He attributes his success to a deep knowledge and understanding of the Eastside office market, and a self-motivated desire to succeed. His goal is to be known as a broker who goes far beyond merely finding and filling empty office spaces, and rather thinks of himself as a client advocate and adviser.
