Colby Mikulich is an experienced commercial real estate professional with more than seven years in the industry. Before joining bkm Management, he worked at Stan Johnson Company in 2019 as an Associate focused on net lease investment sales. Prior to his role there, Mikulich was a Vice President at Transwestern, focusing on the conception and execution of diverse investment and leasing strategies for his clients. His responsibilities ranged from providing leasing representation for regional power and neighborhood shopping centers to investment sales of both single- and multi-tenant retail properties throughout Northern California. Mikulich has listed more than 1.7 million square feet of commercial space since 2011 and has closed more than $160 million in transactions.
Mikulich received his Bachelor of Science in AgriEconomics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in Tucson. He is the recipient of several industry awards including the Young Professional of the Year award in 2013, and Transwestern’s West Region Deal of the Year winner in both 2013 and 2015. Mikulich is also recognized as a Certified Expert Witness in real estate for the state of California.
