Cody Smith was born and raised in Athens Alabama. Cody earned his Real Estate license in 2016 while working as the Business Manager for the AMSTI program at Athens State University. Cody earned a Bachelor's Degree in Acquisitions and Contracts Management from Athens State University in 2013, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama in 2015. In 2018, he earned his Auctioneer Apprentice license to better serve his clients by offering another avenue to sell property. Cody is a professional in every sense of the word.
