I joined the Colliers International Houston office in 2006 as an Associate in the company’s Industrial and Land Services Group. I took a short leave in 2013 to work as Lead Real Estate Rep for Corner Store Brands (Valero) where I performed site selection and development for Houston and Louisiana. I then rejoined Colliers as a Senior Associate in February 2018. My primary area of specialization is land sales and acquisitions, with a secondary focus on retail sales, industrial sales and leasing.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was an Outside Sales Manager for Batteries Plus, where I developed sales and negotiation skills that I continue to expand on in the current role. My commitment to bring the highest level of professionalism and superior service to every assignment is central to the experience and expertise in commercial brokerage services. In addition to my persuasive mediation skills, professional strengths include a keen understanding of the market cycles and trends necessary in developing successful marketing strategies for clients.
As a native Houstonian, I have a strong connection and thorough understanding of the Greater Houston market area, which represents an advantage and asset in current real estate projects that include sophisticated site selection services.
