Clint started his career at the Brannen/Goddard Company. As a Sr. Vice President there, he specialized in Industrial and Suburban Office Leasing.
In 1999, he co-founded Resource Real Estate Partners, a full-service Commercial Brokerage and Property Management Company. He served as both Principal and Managing Broker for the firm. Resource consistently ranked in the Top 20 in both Brokerage volume and square footage under Management in Atlanta. In 2013, CBRE, Inc. acquired the assets of Resource Real Estate Partners in an all-cash transaction.
Mr. Glover continued his brokerage practice as a Sr. Vice President at CBRE, Inc. In 2016, Mr. Glover affiliated with Reliant Real Estate Partners.
Simultaneously he founded JCG Investment Properties to acquire and developing commercial and residential properties. JCG Investment Properties is currently developing multiple Residential Projects in the East Atlanta market as a General Partner in East Lake Forrest Builders, LLC, and UrbanCraft Homes, LLC.
Mr. Glover has also led numerous other partnerships in the acquisition, re-purposing, or development of commercial properties. Examples include a regional office building for Metso Paper (“METSO.HE”), a medical office building for Emory Healthcare, and a Build-to-Suit for The Pep Boys, Manny Moe & Jack.
Mr. Glover is a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, and a recipient of their Silver Phoenix Award. He graduated with Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.
