Clinton A. Fultz is the owner and principal broker of Prime Site
Brokers, Inc. Prime Site Brokers was formed in November 2003 and
is located in Indianapolis. Prime Site Brokers focuses on retail real
estate opportunities and represents landlords and tenants in site

Mr. Fultz started his career in the real estate in 1982. He began selling
residential real estate on the west side of Indianapolis and has worked
with commercial properties since 1986. Prior to forming Prime
Site Brokers Mr. Fultz spent 3 years with The Linder Company
(then Sitehawk, now CBRE) and 4 ½ years at RE/MAX
Commercial Group. Mr. Fultz operated Venture Realty from
1991-1995. He was with Century 21 Concept prior to 1991.
