Clint Ferrell is native to Raleigh and received a degree in Management & Marketing from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. He started his career in commercial brokerage in 1998 at one of the oldest and largest firms in the Triangle market. Over the past few years, Clint has leased or sold over 330,000 square feet of space and sold over 2,000 acres of land. On September 16, 2005, Clint founded Icon Commercial . Icon Commercial provides exclusive tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representative services to local, and corporate investors. Clint has developed relationships in all facets of the business that enable him to manage legal issues, architectural/engineering challenges, development possibilities, and construction costs. Through these professional contacts he has been able to successfully serve his clients beyond identifying properties. Clint currently represents over 170,000 square feet of commercial property and 60+ acres of land for various investors.
