Clint joined JLL in 2012 and has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He focuses primarily on originating debt and equity transactions for various property types including Industrial, Multi-housing, Office, Retail, Hospitality and Self-Storage. The capitalizations have included construction financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, joint venture equity. agency financing, conventional permanent financing, bridge financing, During the course of his career, he has place more than $2.5 billion of debt and equity in commercial real estate transactions nationally. Clint started his career at JLL in the summer 2012.
