Clifford Ogata is Senior Vice President at ValueRock where he manages the local activities within ValueRock’s Hawaii commercial real estate holdings encompassing more than 1.1 million square feet of assets. He also serves as the Company’s liaison with the State and County Government.
Mr. Ogata brings more than three decades of commercial banking experience in executive bank management with an emphasis in commercial real estate lending, client relationships, credit administration, corporate banking and credit /loan portfolio restructuring. Previously he was with Central Pacific Bank, the primary subsidiary of Central Pacific Financial Corp., a Hawaii-based financial institution with $4.8 billion in assets where he served as Senior Vice President and Division Head of Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Ogata was also a Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer and Division Head, Corporate Banking with City Bank Hawaii.
Mr. Ogata was born, raised, and resides in Hawaii. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus. He is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School and a former member of the Hawaiian Air National Guard.
