Bio
Clayton Williams serves as Managing Director of Development for Mill Creek Residential, Southern California. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and disposition for Mill Creek Southern California communities.
Mr. Williams joined Mill Creek as Vice President in 2015. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Williams served as Senior Development Director with Alliance Residential Company, responsible for Southern California. Mr. Williams’ tenure with Alliance included the successful development of five new communities comprised of 881 homes, approximately 18K sf of retail, with total capitalization exceeding $500 Million. Prior to Alliance Residential Company, Mr. Williams served as a Development Associate with Camden Property Trust.
Mr. Williams received his MBA from the Merage School, University of California Irvine and attended Columbia University’s Masters of Real Estate Development program. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colorado College. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Leaders Group and is a Board Director for the Hollywood Police Activities League.
