Clayton is the founder and principal of King Capital Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in New Mexico, Clayton has been involved in commercial real estate his entire life. Clayton is a multi-dimensional broker understanding both the deal-making side of the business, the ownership side of the business, and the management side of the business. He specializes in Tenant representation and has represented companies such as Raising Canes, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Blaze Pizza, Hibbett Sports, Royal Coffee, Wingstop, Del Taco and Denny’s, among others… From a Landlord representation standpoint, Clayton focuses on pad sites and ground-up projects throughout the State. Clayton has been involved in several projects throughout Albuquerque that have resulted in positive redevelopment of real estate. Clayton is known for his passion for retail real estate. He has been awarded multiple top producer awards and was named the youngest person to ever reach Senior Director status at NAI Maestas & Ward, the largest commercial brokerage in the state of New Mexico. Clayton has represented New Mexico at ICSC serving as the NM state chair for the Next Gen program. Clayton is a dynamic and proven individual in New Mexico and offers his clients guidance through experience. In addition to brokerage and development, Clayton is also the co-founder of the CRE Project Podcast. Through this platform Clayton has a multi national reach to spread information and knowledge in the commercial real estate industry. When Clayton isn’t working, he is a dedicated Husband and Father. Clayton is an avid mountain biker (Yeti) and enjoys casting a fly in the San Juan River.

Clayton received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship in 2010 from the University of Texas at San Antonio
