Clayton Brown – Senior Vice President specializes in investment, office, apartment and retail property transactions. Clayton is known in the industry as a skilled and knowledgeable analyst for long-term investment transactions. Mr. Brown has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and primarily focuses on the Northern New Jersey market.
Clayton has completed real estate transactions with IHOP restaurant chain, Cornbread Restaurant Chain, City of Newark and the City of Orange, to name just a few of his clients.
Prior to Weichert Commercial, Mr. Brown worked at Keller Williams Commercial and was the Founding Commercial Broker for Re-max Village Square, where he was responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the commercial department.
