Clay Vaughn is Vice Chairman in Savills Dallas-Fort Worth office and is responsible for co-leading the tenant representation group. He is proficient at advising corporate office clients through every stage of the real estate life cycle, from initial planning to final implementation. Clay brings to Savills 25 years of commercial real estate experience. His dedication and relationship-building acumen has benefited thousands of clients and has earned Clay a ranking of a top producer among his peers. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Co-Leader of the Technology and Media practice with CBRE in Dallas. Clay specialized in representing local and national clients, with an emphasis on fast-growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Prior to joining the CBRE Brokerage Services team in 2012, Mr. Vaughn was one of the top producers at Newmark Knight Frank.
