Professional Mr. Boelz has been the Chief Financial Officer for Inverness Properties, LLC since 1984. He is responsible for the Accounting and Information Services Departments at Inverness Properties and also oversees the Property Management, Engineering and Maintenance, and Landscaping Departments. He is also actively involved with the development & brokerage activities of the company. Mr. Boelz currently serves as finance officer for the Inverness Water and Sanitation District and the Inverness Metropolitan Improvement District, both of which are located in Inverness Business Park. He has been responsible for obtaining financing, extending existing financing or modifying debt on over $250,000,000 in projects including office buildings and land in the Inverness Business Park. Mr. Boelz is familiar with ownership needs for institutions, entrepreneurs and owner-occupied properties, providing cash tax and GAAP basis reporting along with financial analysis and long range planning for numerous properties. He has also been responsible for all property tax related issues, including tax protesting with county and state entities for Inverness and third party owners. His affiliations with NAIOP, ICSC and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants have all been related to the furtherance of real estate development and management. Education Mr. Boelz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a CPA with experience at regional and national CPA firms.
