Claudia's real estate career began as an investor in a residential historic reuse project in 2003 and from her family roots in real estate and finance. Deciding in 2009 to formally get licensed and making a career in real estate sales and leasing. Since that time, she has also rehabbed several properties and draws on those experiences advising her clients with the added plus of her keen design and art background.
These skills have resulted in her greatest accomplishment, customer satisfaction by going above and beyond for her clients. Claudia is known to prepare with facts and analysis to strategize with buyers and sellers alike to maximize their investments drawing from knowing the market, seeing the potential and pitfalls while listening to her clients needs carefully. She is grateful to be their advocate in one of their largest investment decisions, buying or selling a home. Claudia is a Certified Negotiation Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, and recipient of the Philadelphia Magazine Five Star Award for 8 years.
A native of the Washington DC area, Claudia moved to Philadelphia almost 30 years ago and has raised her family in center city; having lived in Society Hill and now Queen Village. She holds a BA in Fine Art from University of Maryland and was a Borsi di Studio Fellow for University of Georgia, Cortona, Italy.
