Clark G. Rambo serves as a senior investment advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale and lease of hospitality and land property in Southwest Florida. With four years of commercial real estate experience, he has secured 70 transactions with a sales and lease volume valued at over $125 million.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Rambo was a commercial realtor for Prudential Florida WCI Realty were he was awarded the Chairman’s Circle award in 2003 and 2004, Rambo was the company’s 2003 top selling individual agent in the Fort Myers market.
Previously, he was a senior vice president for Sea & Ski Suncare responsible for all sales and marketing functions as well as major account contacts. There, he managed 25 company employees and ten master distributors. Additionally, he was the president and owner of Banana Boat Mid-Atlantic, the master distributor of Banana Boat Suncare products in 13 states and Bermuda. He employed and managed 33 employees and five warehouses.
Rambo is an active member of his community. As such, he is a member of the Rotary Club of South Fort Myers; a board member of the Southwest Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America; the Sanibel and Captiva Chamber of Commerce; the Captiva Island Yacht Club; and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beaches.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University and has completed executive education courses at Cornell, The University of Virginia and The Wharton School of Business.
