A 20-year veteran of tenant representation, Claire is one of the company's top producers and award winners. She has consistently been a top professional in the Rosemont, Ill., office; in the top 10 percent of professionals nationally; and has been a consistent member of Grubb & Ellis’ national Circle of Excellence since its inception in 1993. Most recently, Claire ranked No. 1 in 2002 for referring the most business nationally within Grubb & Ellis and No. 5 nationally for transaction professionals. During her career representing clients in single transactions or with multi-locational requirements, Claire has completed transactions exceeding 19 million square feet.
