Claire was appointed Assistant Surveyor at M4 Property Consultants in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from the construction law sector to the team. Claire assists the team providing market research, implementation of marketing activities, undertaking property viewings and facilitating negotiations.
Claire also holds responsibility for our client relationship management efforts, involving liaising with tenants to find suitable accommodation tailored to their needs, and managing our database of commercial property assets. Claire is also involved in assisting with large property deals, undertaking prior research into availability and producing particulars.
Prior to her joining M4, Claire worked as an associate lawyer with M&A Solicitors in Cardiff, Cobbetts LLP in Manchester and Bevan Brittan LLP in Bristol specialising in construction.
A real asset to the team, Claire is well practised in working closely with developers, landlords, tenants and all members of construction to negotiate and prepare necessary documentation.
Claire is particularly enthusiastic about our diverse client base, ranging from start-up businesses moving into their first office to large property investment companies and private investors.
Claire’s background in construction and legal is proving incredibly beneficial to our client base and the growth efforts of our team, bringing her Legal Practice Course qualification and wealth of experience from the legal sector.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys a range of hobbies including passions for reading and cooking, along with staying active in the water through her love of swimming. Claire also has a particular interest in psychology, and enjoys learning about the field online in her spare time.
