Cindy (Brown) Kromer, SIOR, Principal Broker has spent more than 25 years helping her clients navigate the NW commercial real estate market. As the first female SIOR in Portland, she successfully forged her way in the commercial real estate business starting in in 1997. She had been involved in industrial park ground-up development, build to suits, as well as leasing and sales of office and industrial buildings. She has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and investors. Her portfolio of business includes: logistics companies, regional distributors, contractors to Intel, chemical companies, Nike suppliers, national auto parts distributors, cell towers, churches, professional office users, and medical professionals, to name a few. She relishes the role of scout, guide, trusted advisor, and ultimately facilitator and negotiator of transactions that result in her clients achieving their real estate goals.
