I focus my real estate business on residential, small commercial projects and multi-family housing. I have lived most of my adult life in the Dalton Gardens area. I was born in Coeur d Alene, and remember as far back as Farragut Naval Base and the German prisoners of war there. I am semi-retired and conduct a small real estate business which allows me to represent my clients at a one on one level. I received a bachelor of science degree in the 1960''''s from the University of Idaho. I have worked in industry as a cost analyst and process control designer. As a youngster I was raised on a farm in Bonner county and then lived in the Portland Oregon and Spokane Washington areas the other times of my life, with a short one-year stay in Western Germany in 1964. My wife Bess and I raised three sons and three daughters in the Dalton - Coeur d Alene school system. We have enjoyed many of the outdoor activities here over the years.
