Chuck McCosh is recognized by his clients for being highly experienced and knowledgeable in the commercial Office/Research & Development/Industrial market. After a 25+ year affiliation with Miller-Valentine Realty, he launched a new commercial real estate brokerage company and brand, Our Corporate Real Estate Department, LLC (“OCRD”) at the Ledgestone Professional Park in Springboro, Ohio.
Chuck is uniquely suited to work with clients who need office/light industrial space for assembly operations, research and development, manufacturing, and logistics management services associated with the air and intermodal commerce industries. During his professional real estate career, Chuck has worked with some of the most complex and intriguing real estate transactions in commercial real estate from inception to conclusion. He was named Commercial Realtor of the Year and a “Real Estate Superstar” by a collection of his peers and the Dayton Business Journal. He has a career long commitment to enhancing his sales and professional skill sets and knowledge of site acquisition, land development, and construction technologies that now translates into successful results for his commercial clients. Chuck also enjoys a lifelong familiarity with all facets of the construction industry and is highly skilled in dealing with zoning issues, regional planning and providing pro-forma analysis services for build-to-suit-for-lease real estate. In the ever emerging field of alternative energies, his knowledge base includes site acquisition criteria for the construction of Solar Energy arrays.
Chuck is a graduate of the University of Iowa (Bachelor of Science Degree) with numerous post graduate courses in Real Estate from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM). As a SIOR designee and licensee, he ascribes to the highest and most stringent profession ethics in the real estate industry.
