Experience gained in Commercial Real Estate over the last 10 years has enhanced my career of previous 15 years in Residential Real Estate both in Chicago and in Fort Myers, has given me a unique perspective in two distinct geoagraphic regions. This experience includes: Multi-Family, Industrial, Land, Strip-Centers, Resort Communities, and Leasing. I have earned my CCIM designation over a 3 year period; this course-work has greatly expanded my knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Real Estate. My engineering degree and MBA in Finance and Real Estate, has added an additional demension to my background that has proven to be of value to my clients and to my career. I am always inquisitive about new technology and the impacts that it may have on Commercial Real Estate.
