Bio
Mr. Tramontano joined SRS in 2016 with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining SRS he was a managing Director of the Retail Investment Group with Faris Lee Investments and has been directly involved in over $1.5 billion in retail and mixed use commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Tramontano’s expertise is the aggressive and diligent marketing of listed properties in order to meet the owner’s objective of price and closing date. He is known for his high level of commitment to an assignment, strong work ethic and exceeding client’s expectations in all matters of service. Mr. Tramontano’s experience includes numerous grocer-anchored shopping centers, single tenant transactions, Tenant-in-Common(TIC) deals, portfolio sales, core multi-tenant centers, and distressed asset sales throughout the U.S.
Noteworthy closings include: Plaza El Paseo I & II located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA for $56 million on behalf of a Private High Net Worth Investor; Wenatchee Valley Mall, a regional mall for $38 million on behalf of Passco Companies (TIC); Best Buy Portfolio for $25 million on behalf of Vornado REIT, the breakup of Paradise Valley Mall located in Phoenix, AZ and the sale of 12 individual outparcels on behalf of Macerich; Watson Marketplace located in Buckeye, AZ for $22 Million on behalf of Desert Troon companies: Payson Village Center located in Payson, AZ, for $15 million on behalf of Hirani Oil foundation; Keller Place shopping center, $14.3 million on behalf of Winkler Properties.
Mr. Tramontano has a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from California State University, Long Beach. He was also an integral player for CSULB’s Division 1 water polo team during his tenure. Mr. Tramontano is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is involved the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
