Christopher Swanson is in charge of the Arizona region for Mammoth and has oversight for the acquisition, development and management of new properties within the region. He also manages construction projects in Arizona and is responsible for new business development. Swanson’s experience spans over fifteen years in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Mammoth, Swanson held management positions in several real estate development firms and was involved in planning, financial analysis, leasing, marketing, project design, and approval processes. Swanson’s experience includes urban development and financing for some of the Pacific Northwest’s largest and most prestigious commercial projects in the city centers of Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland.
