Chris Schupp has more than thirty five years experience in commercial real estate. He began his career in 1978 in Kansas City, Missouri with Jones & Company Realtors and Mortgage Bankers. Schupp relocated to Dallas, Texas in 1981 when he joined Fults & Associates. In 1983 he was named a partner in the firm.
Schupp has compiled a successful track record of solving corporate real estate and facility problems for numerous companies. He has had the opportunity to understand the needs and constraints of the large corporate real estate owner and the challenges that face the corporate real estate user.
His career has included representing leading companies and high profile real estate projects throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, including Park Central, the 187 acre, 4 million square foot, mixed-use development located at the intersection of LBJ Freeway and North Central Expressway; The Crescent, the renowned 1.2 million square foot development developed by Rosewood Property Company; and One Main Place, a 900,000 square foot office tower located in downtown Dallas.
In addition, Schupp has provided corporate facility representation services throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and has provided national tenant/property representation for the largest U.S. savings institution, Home Savings of America (recently renamed Washington National). Included in the relationship with H.S.A. was the development of a national marketing standard and tracking system for their real estate portfolio. In recent years, Chris has added to his hands-on commercial real estate experience with additional knowledge in computer-aided facility management systems, geographic information systems and Internet/Intranet real estate database applications.
Schupp has recently represented Carrington Laboratories (50,000 sq. ft.), Retalix, Inc. (16,000 sq. ft.), T-System, Inc. (25,000 sq. ft.) and Union Standard Insurance of Irving, Texas (44,000 sq. ft.).
Chris Schupp is originally from the Kansas City, Missouri area and a graduate of Westminster College of Fulton, Missouri. Over the years, Chris has taken an active leadership role in his church and in his community. His family includes his wife, Sally Shiels Schupp, his daughter, Sarah and his son, Christopher.
