His real estate career began just over eight years ago at Terramont Real Estate Services where his primary focus was office leasing. As time progressed, Christopher started focusing on the project management aspect of real estate and embarked on an opportunity as a leasing representative for Landmark Properties. Over a short period, he rapidly engaged and managed an extensive portfolio which brought him to the Senior Leasing Manager position.
With Christopher’s vast experience and knowledge of property management and landlord representation, he brings a perspective to the retail team that serves as a key component in augmenting and completing the services which this team offers to their respective clients. Chris focuses on the landlord representation portion of the team with an emphasis on retail investment. He is positioned to help his clients achieve their real estate goals through market knowledge, strategic planning and negotiation.
