Chris, licensed in 1999, followed the footsteps of his grandfather and Father into their family business that was initiated in 1962. He had the privilege of serving as the 2021 President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors while also holding the position of the 3rd Generation Broker/Owner of Harvey Z. Raad Real Estate in Allentown.
He contributed to the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors Board of Directors from 2011 to 2017, assuming the role of President in 2015 and 2016. Chris was elected as Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors in 2018, subsequently serving as 1st Vice President in 2019 and President-Elect in 2020. His involvement with the PAR Board of Directors dates to 2011, and he chaired the Commercial, Industrial & Investment Committee in 2017-2018, in addition to participating in various task forces. Chris was also honored to be selected for the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors in 2016-2017 and 2020-2022, during which he served on the Public Policy Coordinating Committee from 2016-2021.
Beyond his real estate endeavors, Chris received recognition as a 2021 Honoree in the Lehigh Valley Business Power 30 for Construction and Real Estate. He was also a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2016 by the Lehigh Valley Business Journal and previously served on the Board of Directors for Camelot for Children and the City of Allentown Historical Architectural Review Board.
Chris is a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley and resides in Salisbury Township. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending quality moments with friends and family.
