Christopher D. Olsen is a seasoned veteran of real estate with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Olsen advises a wide array of corporate clientele on both a regional and national basis. He brings a broad range of experience in commercial real estate, including tenant and agency representation in the office, warehouse, life science and high technology sectors. Mr. Olsen has completed over 5 million square feet of transactions throughout the United States, and he is accredited with the development and strategic planning for some of the world's leading corporations. A partial list of Mr. Olsen's tenant representation includes American Express, Bayer, Bechtel Corporation, BioReference Labs, BMW of North America, Hikma, KPMG LLP, MCS Canon, Nike, Omnicom and Sony Corporation. On the landlord side, Prior to starting Corporate Real Estate Services, Mr. Olsen was a Partner at Eagle Real Estate Group, served as Principal at NGKF and a Senior Vice President at CBRE.
