Chris Luke is an Analyst in the Investment Sales Group at RIPCO Real Estate. Chris focuses on underwriting, data research, and valuation modeling for commercial investment properties throughout the Southeast and Midwest United States. Chris joined RIPCO in August of 2023. Before joining the investment sales team, Chris worked in the banking industry as a Commercial Loan Officer in central Florida. Chris brings 5 years of underwriting experience, having underwritten over $500 million in commercial loans.
