Mr. Herold has been a Real Estate Agent since 1985 and has been with Coldwell Banker (Formerly Schlott Realtors) in Bernardsville, New Jersey from 1990 to the present. Coldwell Banker Realtors is an international real estate company with offices around the world. Mr. Herold has mainly been selling and listing executive type homes, land parcels, horse farms, and estate homes on large parcels throughout Morris, Somerset and Hunterdon counties.
From 1985 to 1990 Mr. Herold was with Max Spann Realtors, a four office boutique real estate agency, During this time Mr. Herold was involved extensively in helping stage real estate auctions throughout the State of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Herold was also involved with the development of the 32 lot Sheephill Subdivision in Peapack Gladstone interacting with engineers, borough officials, attorneys and eventually the contractor for installation of all improvements. Mr. Herold also handled the sale of the lots to builders, individual users and investors.
Prior to his real estate career from 1974 through 1984, Mr. Herold was employed by Rocky Mountain Energy, a subsidiary of Union Pacific Corporation. Mr. Herold managed Uranium Exploration and Development projects throughout the Western United States, based out of Denver Colorado. Mr. Herold is a 1974 graduate of The Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geologic Engineering.
Mr. Herold resides on a small horse farm in Bedminster and is an active riding member of the Essex Fox Hounds. As a result of his love of open space Mr. Herold serves on the board of the Lamington Conservancy, an organization dedicated to preserving land within the Lamington River watershed.
